• I have  worked for 20 years as a paediatric speech and language therapist, 10 years in teams within the NHS and 10 years working independently as a sole trader.
• I have supervised student SLTs, multi-therapy assistants and therapists including newly qualified.
• I am passionate about developing therapists and supporting our professional to grow and develop
• I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for reflection, support, learning, and development, committed to culturally responsive and anti-racist practices.
• I have completed Level 1 and Level 2  Supervision Training with 'Intandem'.
• Supervision follows the evidence-based guidelines provided by the RCSLT set out in Information on Supervision RCSLT,2017)
• I prioritise my own supervision in line with HCPC and RCSLT Guidelines
• I have knowledge and experience with the RCSLT Professiaonl Development Framework to support reflection on your development and career progression.

• We will set up an agreement to establish what our supervision relationship will look like and review this frequently to make sure it's right for you
• Supervision takes place online via Zoom or Teams
• Sessions are charged at £70 for 60 minutes (75 Minutes: £85 and 90 Minutes: £99)
